Sultry vintage 1940s black satin puff sleeve blazer with roses printed in gold lurex. This 40s topper has a wide collar, pleated puffed sleeves, and buttons at the front. This would look really cute paired with a tank and jeans, or go full vintage like we did here in the photos with a long rayon skirt for something more formal.
