Darling vintage 1920s or very possibly early 1930s two tone gold and midnight dress set. This dress features a micro polka dot print with an abstract floral pattern. The cowl neck with pin tucks at the shoulders and saw tooth seam at the bodice definitely adds interest on the dress. There are more tucks with peats below the drop waist. The contrasting buttoned cuffs repeat the pattern. The little jacket has lantern sleeves with a sawtooth hem, with the hem repeated at the seam, a little tie at the chest, and an open front with contrasting gold lining. Wear together or separate. Slips over the head. Original belt is missing.

Condition: Excellent minus. There's a little fading at the back of the dress around the seat area, and at the side. The left underarm has a repair and looks a hair dingy (not visible when the jacket is worn over it), some pulls at the seams of the tucks at the skirt area. There's a few pinholes at the hem and one at the bust, and at the back of the jacket near the collar. Lastly, a few loose threads at the shoulder. See photos for details. Presents beautifully.
